Returns and Exchanges

**Return/Exchange Deadlines**

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item through our website https://dhbpx.shop.

**Cash on Delivery (COD):** We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

**Credit Card Payment:** We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

**Order Cancellation**

Once the order confirmation email is successfully sent, we will immediately begin processing and preparing the goods; therefore, the order cannot be cancelled or modified after this point.
