**Return/Exchange Period**

**Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items**

Items received more than 7 days ago.

Used items.

Items damaged or missing due to customer actions.

If the orderer and recipient are different, and the reason for return/exchange is not a quality defect of the product itself, the return/exchange request will not be accepted.
